1699 Karlofça Antlaşması sonrası Osmanlılar, erken XVIII. yüzyıla kaybedilen toprakları geri alma politikası takip etmişti. Bu politika gereği 1711 yılında Azak kalesini Ruslardan ve 1714 yılında Mora yarımadasını da Venedik’ten geri almıştı. 1736 senesine gelindiğinde Ruslar, Karadeniz’in kuzeyine hâkim olabilmek için Azak kalesini ele geçirip Kırım Hanlığı’nı ilhak etme politikası takip ettiler. 6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu’nun m. 636/III hükmü ile limited şirketlerde haklı sebeplerin varlığı halinde, her bir ortağın mahkemeden ortaklığın feshine karar verilmesini isteyebileceği düzenlenmiştir. Forecasting realized volatility of BIST indices with har-type models

In this paper, realized volatility of a selection of BIST Indices are forecasted with Heterogeneous Autoregressive Model (HAR) and its variations. For this purpose, ticks between 2001 and 2021 are used to generate 5-minute returns, which formed the basis for calculations of realized volatility and other realized measures.
