During the World War I, the Tsarist regime was overthrown by the socialist revolution in 1917. In recent times, a national struggle process has also been experienced by Türkiye. Job burnout profoundly impacts both employee well-being and organizational effectiveness. This study explores the dynamic interplay among job-related basic need satisfaction, job burnout, Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), and Perceived Supervisor Support. A review on currency shocks and inflation volatility: Evidence from a DCC-GARCH model
