Middle East is the most noteworthy region in the world and the rivalry for the leadership of the region is probably the most complicated one. Turkey and Iran, as two potential leaders, are significant neighbor states not only for the region, but also for the rest of the world. And their relation stands on a long history which witnessed conjunctural zigzags and strategical decisions.
