Ceza muhakemesi hukukunda hâkimin yasaklılığı, reddi ve çekinmesi kurumu adil yargılama yapmak suretiyle maddi gerçeğe ulaşılabilmesinde önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Nitekim adil yargılama yükümlülüğü olan hâkimin tarafsız olması gerekir. Tarafsızlık hâkimin önüne gelen davada taraflara eşit mesafede durabilmesi ve bunu görüntü olarak sergileyebilmesidir. How are reasoning processes shaped by the heuristic system and analytic system? In the present study, we were focused on how heuristics and analytical thinking affect reasoning. According to dual-process theories, reasoning consists of two distinct modes of processing: System 1 and System 2. System 1 generates responses that are automatic, fast, and intuitive. How systematic is default risk?

This study aims to provide an extensive analysis of systematic (market-wide) and systemic (sector-wide and industry-wide) components of the idiosyncratic default risk. We detect significant heterogeneity among the default risk structure of various industry groups.
