Konut ve çatılı i̇şyeri kiralarında kira bedelinin tespiti

Çalışmamızda konut ve çatılı işyeri kiralarında kira bedelinin tespiti konusu incelenmiştir. Mülga 818 Sayılı Borçlar Kanunu ile Mülga 6570 Sayılı Gayrimenkul Kiraların Hakkında Kanun dönemine değinilmekle birlikte, ağırlıklı olarak 6098 Sayılı Türk Borçlar Kanunu uygulaması ve güncel Yargıtay kararları incelenmek suretiyle, kira bedeli tespitinin ne şekilde olacağı anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. Birinci Türk Coğrafya Kongresi’nde müfredat ve terim çalışmaları
