The present thesis aims to explore and compare the concepts of friendship, hauntology and madness in two significant novels of the Dark Academia genre: The Secret History by Donna Tartt and If We Were Villains by M.L Rio. In the examination of the selected novels, this thesis displays the disintegration of friendship in the face of a tragic event like murder. Looming cognitive style as a predictor of social anxiety

Looming Cognitive Style (LCS) has been proposed as a cognitive vulnerability factor specific to anxiety. This study aims to investigate the predictive role of LCS on trait and state social anxiety. Elviye-i Selâse (“Triple Cities”) is the region consisting of Batumi, Ardahan and Kars sanjaks during the Ottoman Period. The influence of community size on constituent order: A comparison between emerging and conventionalized sign languages

The current study examines the effect of community size on constituent order by comparing conventionalized sign languages (TID and LIBRAS) and emerging sing languages (CTSL and CENA) from two different countries.
