The role of workplace fear of missing out and perceived supervisor support on the relationship between work-related basic need satisfaction and Job burnout

Job burnout profoundly impacts both employee well-being and organizational effectiveness. This study explores the dynamic interplay among job-related basic need satisfaction, job burnout, Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), and Perceived Supervisor Support. This study aims to investigate the relationship between emotional clarity, adult attachment and emotional eating. The research was carried out during the Coronavirus epidemic, in two periods (self- quarantine and new normal periods) with and without governmental restrictions. Elviye-i Selâse (“Triple Cities”) is the region consisting of Batumi, Ardahan and Kars sanjaks during the Ottoman Period.
