Çocuğun kişisel verilerinin korunması

Kişisel verilerin gizliliğini ve korunmasını sağlayan temel bir mevzuatımız olmasına rağmen çocuğun kişisel verilerinin korunması için düzenlenmiş özel bir mevzuatımız yoktur. Bunun yerine temel mevzuatlarımızdaki ilgili maddelere atıf yaparak çocuğun verilerinin korunması sağlanmaya çalışılmıştır.
