The impacts of poststructuralism, psychoanalysis and postmodernism on the development of autofiction

Önder, Ayda

This study aims to investigate the ways in which poststructuralism, psychoanalysis and postmodernism have contributed to the development of autofiction. It is contended that the genre has a dialectical relationship with the twentieth century critical theories. Autofiction both affirms and questions the poststructuralist dismantling of the traditional perspectives on the concepts of authority, authenticity and truth by bringing the authorial presence back to the text but fictionalising it to some extent, committing to narrate the truth but creating an ambivalence around it. Autofiction engages ...Daha fazlası

Status of Ilkhan in the socio-political organization of the Qashqai Tribe

Sohrabi, Hossein

This anthropological research is related to the Qashqai tribe, which lives in southwestern Iran, and apart from the urban and rural population, it has nearly 96,500 nomadic people. This research answers the question, could the Qashqais have the same solidarity, authority, and integrity without an Ilkhan from the Shahilu family? My claim is based on the fact that the main factor of Qashqai solidarity and empowerment in southern Iran, where the majority of the population is Tajik and non-Turkish, was the Ilkhans from the Shahilu family. And with the leadership of the Shahilu family, the Qashqais ...Daha fazlası

For this purpose, the Aristotelian definition of tragedy was used in conjunction with the notion of power as defined by Steven Lukes throughout the study. To identify how this interaction helps build the dramatic structure, Thomas Pavel’s concept of move was utilised to pinpoint the plot progressionin the three ...Daha fazlası

Tekin, Vildan

It is possible to say that a new era has begun in the field of literary journalism in the last ten years. Magazines in this new format, one of the products of popular culture produced for mass consumption; use left figures in their cover designs and left values in their content and define/introduce themselves as "left".
