Angola and Nigeria are front running countries in terms of natural wealth among other countries in Sub-Saharan Africa. Angola lived under Portuguese rule before gaining independence. The effects of industrial revolutions on unemployment

In this study, after briefly mentioning the important turning points for the history of humanity, the social structure before and after the Industrial Revolution will be discussed comparatively and after briefly mentioning the types of unemployment that are a part of our subject, four main Industrial Revolutions will be mentioned. Finally, the positive and negative effects of Industrial Revolutions on unemployment will be discussed.

Racism among Iranian intellectuals (1925-1979)

The role of workplace fear of missing out and perceived supervisor support on the relationship between work-related basic need satisfaction and Job burnout

Job burnout profoundly impacts both employee well-being and organizational effectiveness. This study explores the dynamic interplay among job-related basic need satisfaction, job burnout, Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), and Perceived Supervisor Support. Elviye-i Selâse (“Triple Cities”) is the region consisting of Batumi, Ardahan and Kars sanjaks during the Ottoman Period. The fact that the region was taken from the Ottoman Empire after the Russo-Turkish War (1877–1878) was a major disadvantage for the Turkish people living in this region.
