Anonim şirketlerde kâr payında i̇mtiyaz

6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu (TTK) md.331’de anonim şirketlerin, yasal düzenlemelere aykırı olmamak kaydıyla her çeşit ekonomik amaç ve konu için kurulabileceği belirtilmiştir. Yasada yer alan düzenlemeden de anlaşılacağı üzere anonim şirketlerin nihai amacı kazanç elde etmektir. Dolayısıyla pay sahiplerinin en önemli mali hakkının “kâr payı hakkı” olduğunu söylemek yerinde olacaktır. The present study aims to understand the relationship between alexithymia and personality in patients with major depressive disorder (MDD) and/or panic disorder (PD) in the context of childhood traumas. The relationship between rejection sensitivity and somatization: The mediator role of interpersonal difficulties

The aim of the current study was to examine the predictive role of somatization and investigate the role of interpersonal difficulties in the relationship between rejection sensitivity and somatization on a group of university students. Participants (298) over the age of 18 were included in the study.
