Relationship between personality and effective decision making in online shopping - introducing a holistic personality system: Enneagram

Job burnout profoundly impacts both employee well-being and organizational effectiveness. This study explores the dynamic interplay among job-related basic need satisfaction, job burnout, Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), and Perceived Supervisor Support.
