Türk hukukunda resmi belgede sahtecilik suçu

Tezimizin amacı; Türk Ceza Kanunu’nda düzenlenen resmi belgede sahtecilik suçunu esas alarak hukukumuzda resmi belgede sahtecilik suçunu irdelemektir. Bu kapsamda resmi belgede sahtecilik suçu düzenlemesini incelemek ve konuya ilişkin öneriler oluşturmak amaçlanmaktadır. The drama triangle, a modern concept of psychology that involves three roles, the victim, the rescuer and the persecutor, occurs in many dysfunctional relations.
