Oryantalist resimde iç mekan “Mahrem”

Bu çalışma, oryantalist resim örnekleri arasında sıklıkla karşılaşılan mahrem alan çalışmalarının oryantalist resmi tanımlamada neden daha çok kullanıldığını keşfetmek için yapılmıştır. Öncelikle Batı dünyasındaki Oryantalizm kavramı incelenmiş ve bu kavramın çalışılmasında neden Doğu ve Doğu'ya özgü kavramlar ile sosyal, siyasal ve kültürel faktörlerin ilgi konusu olduğu incelenmiştir. This study examines Elif Batuman’s novels from an interdisciplinary perspective combining Wolfgang Welsch’s philosophical approach to transculturalism, transcultural literary studies as well as Bakhtinian concepts such as polyphony and intertextuality. An anthropological approach to the status of women in circassian culture: the case of the village of Soğucak

This qualitative study aims to explore the status of women in Circassian Culture through the lens of Feminist Anthropology. Soğucak village, one of the Circassian villages in Yalova, was chosen as a sample in the research. The research is prepared using qualitative research techniques, participant observation, and in-depth interviews.
