6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu’nda sermaye şirketlerinden biri olarak kabul edilen limited şirketlerin sayısında son zamanlarda önemli ölçüde artış görülmektedir. Söz konusu artışın en önemli sebeplerinden birini, limited şirketlerin sermaye şirketi olarak kabul edilmesinin yanı sıra, yapısında şahıs niteliğinin bulunması oluşturmaktadır.
