6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu (TTK) md.331’de anonim şirketlerin, yasal düzenlemelere aykırı olmamak kaydıyla her çeşit ekonomik amaç ve konu için kurulabileceği belirtilmiştir. Yasada yer alan düzenlemeden de anlaşılacağı üzere anonim şirketlerin nihai amacı kazanç elde etmektir. Dolayısıyla pay sahiplerinin en önemli mali hakkının “kâr payı hakkı” olduğunu söylemek yerinde olacaktır. Düyun-ı Umumiye İdaresi 1881 yılında kurulduktan sonra her geçen yıl Osmanlı mali sistemindeki etkisini arttırmış bir yapı olarak Cumhuriyet sonrası döneme kadar varlığını sürdürmüştür. Bu idare varlığını Milli Mücadele döneminde de sürdürmüş olmasına rağmen fiili durumu önceki dönemlerden çok farklı olmuştur. The philosophical position of Kant between neo-kantians and Heidegger kantian critique as protemetaphysica

This study is based on a comparison of two interpretations which have been developed on Kant's philosophy. The first of these interpretations belongs to Heidegger and claims that Kant's philosophy is fundamentally an ontology, moreover a fundamental ontology based on the analysis of finite human whatness. He grounds this claim by arguing that Kantian criticism constitutes the subjectivity of the subject in a temporal context.
