Çalışmamızda konut ve çatılı işyeri kiralarında kira bedelinin tespiti konusu incelenmiştir. Mülga 818 Sayılı Borçlar Kanunu ile Mülga 6570 Sayılı Gayrimenkul Kiraların Hakkında Kanun dönemine değinilmekle birlikte, ağırlıklı olarak 6098 Sayılı Türk Borçlar Kanunu uygulaması ve güncel Yargıtay kararları incelenmek suretiyle, kira bedeli tespitinin ne şekilde olacağı anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. This research aims to investigate the relationship between e-learning styles and attitudes towards e-learning of Management Information Systems students who have experienced e-learning during Covid-19 pandemic and the change in terms of gender and grade level.
