Çalışmamızda konut ve çatılı işyeri kiralarında kira bedelinin tespiti konusu incelenmiştir. Mülga 818 Sayılı Borçlar Kanunu ile Mülga 6570 Sayılı Gayrimenkul Kiraların Hakkında Kanun dönemine değinilmekle birlikte, ağırlıklı olarak 6098 Sayılı Türk Borçlar Kanunu uygulaması ve güncel Yargıtay kararları incelenmek suretiyle, kira bedeli tespitinin ne şekilde olacağı anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. How systematic is default risk?

This study aims to provide an extensive analysis of systematic (market-wide) and systemic (sector-wide and industry-wide) components of the idiosyncratic default risk. We detect significant heterogeneity among the default risk structure of various industry groups. More specifically, the default probability of institutions affiliated with certain industry groups is more strongly linked to industry-wide risks while others are more heavily tied to sectorwide risks. Trade liberalization and some macroeconomic indicators in Turkey (1980-2018)

This study aims to examine the impact of trade liberalization on some macroeconomic indicators (foreign direct investment, exports, imports, trade balance, and government size) in Turkey. Our study employed the autoregressive distributed lag bound test (ARDL) approach, unit root test, bound test for long-run estimation, and error correction term (EC). Findings show that trade liberalization does not have a positive impact on foreign direct investment inflow into the Turkish market, as well as that currency depreciation accompanied by an open economy decreases foreign capital inflow. Lozan görüşmelerinde uygulanmasına karar verilen uzun tartışma ve görüşmelerden sonra 30 Ocak 1923 tarihinde Türk-Yunan Nüfus Mübadelesi onaylanmıştır. Byatt's The Djinn in the Nightingale's Eye and Angela Carter's The Bloody Chamber and the discussion on the contemporary issues of women, a portrayal of gender in the media, and the political position of women. The study also examines the ways in which Byatt and Carter redefined prevailing traditional notions of femininity in their selected stories.
