Osmanlı Devleti tarih boyunca İslam dininin “Dinde zorlama yoktur!” emrine uyarak gayrimüslimlerin dini hürriyetine saygı duymuştur. Padişahlar yayınladıkları fermanlarda zimmilerin ibadetlerini rahatça yapması ve dini mekanlarına dokunulmasının yasaklanması gibi çeşitli kararlar alarak haklarını korumuştur. Özellikle Osmanlı’nın son dönemlerinde Müslüman olan gayrimüslimlerle ile ilgili yapılan çalışmalara bakıldığında kendi dinini terk ederek ihtida eden kişi sayısının aslında çok da fazla olmadığı görülmektedir. Birinci TBMM’de Düyun-ı Umumiye’nin varlığı ile ilgili tartışmalar

Düyun-ı Umumiye İdaresi 1881 yılında kurulduktan sonra her geçen yıl Osmanlı mali sistemindeki etkisini arttırmış bir yapı olarak Cumhuriyet sonrası döneme kadar varlığını sürdürmüştür. Bu idare varlığını Milli Mücadele döneminde de sürdürmüş olmasına rağmen fiili durumu önceki dönemlerden çok farklı olmuştur. Heyet-i Temsiliye adına Mustafa Kemal Paşa’nın 18 Mart 1920 tarihindeki emriyle bu idarenin İtilaf Devletlerine borç ödemesi yapması yasaklanmış ve topladığı vergi gelirlerine el konmuştur. This study is based on a comparison of two interpretations which have been developed on Kant's philosophy. The first of these interpretations belongs to Heidegger and claims that Kant's philosophy is fundamentally an ontology, moreover a fundamental ontology based on the analysis of finite human whatness. He grounds this claim by arguing that Kantian criticism constitutes the subjectivity of the subject in a temporal context.
